After so many years of playing basketball, it is just recently that I found out that I can still do something to increase my vertical. When I found out about this, I immediately called up my uncle who has been a basketball coach for so many years already.

Since my uncle lives thousand of miles away, we communicated through chats and emails. He told me about plyometric exercises to increase my vertical. I immediately got curious and excited about this great possibility. The following day, I talked to my coach about plyometric exercises but he never heard of such before. Thus, I started researching about plyometric exercises aside from talking to my uncle.

Ever since the 1960’s, athletes have been doing plyometric exercises to improve their jumps. Today, plyometrics has become more popular because its awesome effects are becoming famous among athletes all over the world. Imagine being able to jump so high, even as high as 50 inches, through doing plyometrics. And so, I was convinced that my vertical can indeed be increased by plyometric exercises.

Since my uncle cannot supervise my plyometric workout, he recommended that I buy a manual to help me start. According to him, this manual has helped his team improve because the plyometric exercises are really effective. He told me that for him, the Jump Manual is indeed the best.

Right after purchasing the Jump Manual, I immediately adjusted my training to include plyometrics. Aside from reading the instructions, I was also able to have my own workout chart with the help of the Jump Manual’s software. To create my own workout plan, I just provided information about my skills and goal. Therefore, I immediately knew what exercises I must do and how often with the help of the workout plan.

Another excellent feature of the Jump Manual is the training DVD. The videos in the training DVD were downloadable into my computer and iPod. Being able to download the videos into my iPod was indeed very helpful because my computer is not a laptop. The videos even ensured that I do the exercises properly because I was able to watch them.

Furthermore, my uncle emphasized the value of knowing how to do the exercises properly. According to him, if the exercises are not done properly, this could lead to injuries or I may not see any changes with my jump.

I also loved the nutritional guide which came with the Jump Manual. With the nutritional guide, I learned about the foods that I must eat more of. I also became more aware of the different foods that I must be avoiding. With the proper diet, I am more healthy and the proper exercises can also increase my vertical. Definitely, the Jump Manual is the best guide for people like me who want to increase their jumps.
